Silent Disco Citywalk is an energetic, interactive outdoor adventure: a 60- or 90-minute walk that gives you a fresh perspective on the city. Headphones on, the group moves through Tāmaki Makaurau together, soundtracked and in sync, discovering familiar streets in a whole new way.
Youth Arts New Zealand was engaged to supercharge the experience with talented youth musician CampbellMack, who delivered a surprise live performance for attendees mid-walk. It's exactly the kind of collaboration YANZ loves: slotting a paid, real-world gig for a young performer into an existing event, and giving the audience a moment they didn't see coming.
