Join the team: Project Lead

A part-time Project Lead role for passionate people who want to develop and manage events that support young artists. No formal experience required.

Applications closed Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland Paid · part-time

This opportunity invited dynamic, passionate people to join Youth Arts New Zealand on a part-time basis as Project Lead.

Working closely with the YANZ whānau and each other, you'd develop and manage events and projects that support the creativity of young artists. The role was open to anyone with a passion for project management and the delivery of youth-focused kaupapa: no formal experience required. We're open to how you define "experience", and provide support and mentorship within the role.

We welcomed candidates based in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland (or willing to relocate) who had shown an ability to collaborate with teams, communities or other groups to drive positive change, whether through live music events, volunteering, community kaupapa, advocacy, or supporting whānau. Two positions were available, and we sought different perspectives and unique experiences.
